This site collects one thing only: what you write in the form to ask about dates. Nothing else.

If you fill in the «Contact» form we receive your name, your email address, the dates you have in mind, how many of you there are and whatever you wrote in the message. They serve one purpose: to reply to you and, if we come to an agreement, to organise your stay.
We do not add you to any newsletter, we do not pass your address to anyone, and we do not use it to send you offers. If nothing comes of it, your enquiry stays in the mailbox the way any other message would.
The site is hosted by Netlify (Netlify Inc.), which keeps it online and forwards us the form enquiries by email: the enquiries are also kept in its dashboard, which only we can reach. Netlify processes the data on our behalf, under the safeguards that apply to transfers outside the European Union.
The email travels through the mail service we use for the house. Nobody else.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking we keep for as long as it takes to reply and a little beyond, in any case no more than twelve months. If it becomes a real booking, we keep the details of the stay for as long as the law requires us to — the mandatory reporting and the tax records have their own terms, and they are longer.
There are none. This site has no analytics, no social buttons and no advertising: there is nothing that follows you from one page to the next, and that is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Your browser downloads some photographs, two typefaces and a stylesheet, and that is the end of it.
The typefaces are served from this site, not from Google's servers, so that the sentence above stays true.
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or for a copy of it. Just write to capraia.casadineno@gmail.com: we answer ourselves, with no forms. If you think we are behaving badly you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
We rewrite it if what we do changes, and there is always a date at the bottom. Last updated: 21 September 2026.
